Frequently Asked Questions
Returns/Exchanges
- You can return an item anytime within 30 days of purchase. Just send an email to Info@NinjaTHING.com with your order number and request the return. We'll send you a label to use to return your item to us.
- Once we've received your return we'll issue a refund to the same payment method you used originally.

- Please contact us at Info@NinjaTHING.com if you have any issues with our products or you can use our Contact Form here on our website. We want you to be 100% satisfied and will do what we can to resolve any issues.
Shipping
- We ship via USPS. Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Free shipping is the Standard Shipping option within the US only.
- If you are in a hurry to receive your order, we also have Priority Mail (3-5 days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) available for a fee.
- We do ship outside of the US now as well for a fee.
Sales Tax
- We are located in Ohio, so if we are shipping to an address in Ohio, you will be charged Ohio Sales Tax. Sales tax is not charged in any other state.
